Today we would like to introduce Stainless Vessels. Fist of all, please understan what stainless vessel is.

What is “Stainless Vessel”?
Stainless steel containers are made of materials such as SUS304 and SUS316, making them highly resistant to rust and corrosion. They also offer greater strength compared to plastic, iron, or steel containers. These containers are excellent for use in experiments and for storing products and materials at both low and high temperatures due to their superior heat and cold resistance, as well as their sealed structure.

Features of Surface
Our stainless steel containers are typically made of SUS304 and can withstand pressure, making them suitable for various applications involving the transfer and pumping of liquids.
The surface finish is buffed to approximately #400, which reduces resistance and friction, thereby enhancing cleanability. By removing impurities such as rust and dirt from the stainless steel surface, we further improve corrosion resistance.

A Wide variety of stainless steels
All of our stainless steel containers are ultrasonically cleaned to remove buffing powder and oil stains, making them ready for immediate use. For even higher corrosion resistance, we can also perform electrolytic polishing to remove more impurities. By applying a PFA coating to the stainless steel surface, we enhance non-stick properties and improve corrosion resistance, especially against highly corrosive materials such as acids and alkalis.

The lid of our containers features a clamp mechanism, making it easy to open and close for adding materials or replacing the inner container. We offer a wide variety of types based on capacity, shape, and application, and maintain a large inventory.
