MCA Dispenser used in Electronic Industry

1. Recently electric products related IoT and AI field have been more demanding. The core parts like SMT process are very important. MCA dispenser can be used in the production process.
   Usage examples of SMT Process:
   In the SMT process, precise dots of adhesive are applied by using MCA air-pressure dispenser to attach components to the substrate. The dispenser is also utilized in processes such as wire bonding and mold encapsulation. In the substrate manufacturing process of electronic devices, adhesive should be uniformly applied to specific areas on the substrate to secure components and provide insulation.
2. We get a lot of information through LCD. Without LCD, any information device would be useless. MCA dispenser can be used in LCD production process.
   Usage example of LCD production process:
   In the production of LCD displays and smartphones, MCA air-pressure dispensers are used to apply adhesive or sealing materials.
   This enhances component protection and waterproofing, thereby improving product reliability.

*Remarks: Viscosity of liquid should be up to 400Pa.S
  MCA air dispenser cannot use instant glue.
